Mehak Jain

RESEARCH

Mehak has spent a large part of her career shaping digital banking experiences. Her recent work involves generative research, user experience design consulting and marketing strategies in mobility, healthcare, and human resources sectors. She thrives in a collaborative environment that synergizes creativity across multi-disciplinary teams.

She was a part of the organizers team for the Global Service Jam in Salt Lake City, UT, USA. The 3-day global event brings together people to discover Service Design and its applications in various contexts. She contributed by getting sponsors, as a speaker and facilitator, helping the participants navigate their service blueprint and prototyping their ideas. An alumna of  National Institute of Design, India, she pursued her Master of Design in Strategic Design Management.


She wrote a research paper on ‘Decoding Millennials to understand their digital Banking needs’ in 2016. The research gives insights and innovative strategies that led to the success of Fintech companies in the banking space and what the traditional banks could learn to stay competitive. The information synthesis is a combination of thoroughly conducted user interviews, trends as well as decoding the Fintech service design. (View copy) 


In addition to her core role as a researcher at Graynule company, she effectively applies her extensive array of skills, including User-centered Design, Interaction Design, System Design, Service Design, User Research, Storytelling, Wireframing, Information Architecture, Prototyping, Usability Testing, Design Thinking, Workshop Facilitation, and Brand Communication.


Passionate about sustainability and the circular economy, she has volunteered with local non-profits to rejuvenate urban spaces for organic farming, aiming to alleviate food scarcity among the senior population.
